CGI scripts are used to add things like guest
books, discussion forums, counters etc to your site.
Unfortunately if you are hosting your site on free web space or
a basic web hosting package the chances are that you're not
going to have a CGI bin which essential to run the scripts.
All is not lost however, as there are sites that will host them
for you free of charge.

If you can't find it here it probably cant be done!
