New Photographs from
old! |

Here's a service that should be useful to
those of you who collect 19th Century Salvation Army images. In many
cases the original negatives for rare and sentimental photographs have
been lost or destroyed, now with the talents of Derek Roberts this is no
longer a problem.
All that is required is the original photograph which
is then used to create a brand new, fully restored or altered copy
without any harm to the original.
Whatever the problem, Derek assures us
that an improvement can always be made. Scratches and tears and stains
can all be removed.
Enlargements are no problem after the repair or
enhancement of a photo.
For more information, more examples of his work
and to contact Derek please visit his web site at http://www.geocities.com/photo36uk

Damage
Repair
In this turn of the century
photograph there was some considerable damage, fading and dirt.
The
artist has, among other things, gently repaired the damaged areas,
adjusted the brightness and contrast levels, sharpened each individual's
face, as well as performing a lot of other minor, but very important
tasks to ensure the result you see below.
Compare it to the original and
we're sure you'll agree that the result is well worth the effort!
