Sadly we have found it necessary to impose
the following terms and conditions regarding the use of
materials contained within this site. This is due to the
minority who see fit to abuse this resource and it saddens us
that we have had to take these steps to prevent it.
1. Under no circumstances must any material, written, graphical
or otherwise be used on any website that in anyway promotes
tobacco, gambling or alcohol or in any way aims to bring The
Salvation Army and/or it's members into disrepute. Action will
be taken against those found to be in breach of this.
2. While this is primarily a resource site it is not considered
to be in the public domain and as such all materials on this
site remain the copyright of Salvation Army Collectables at all
times unless otherwise noted on certain sections where copyright
ownership is credited to an individual author and/or
contributor. All Salvation Army logos and trademarks are used
with the kind cooperation of The Salvation Army.
3. The downloadable resources are free for personal use. However
they must not be archived or redistributed by any other third
party without prior written consent from the webmaster of
Salvation Army Collectables. You may not, under any
circumstances, offer any of our material as a resource from your
own site.
4. Linking to individual files on our site is not permitted and
action will be taken against sites found to be doing this. You
may link to individual .htm or .html pages but under no
circumstances can you link to any other file format. In short,
this is bandwidth theft and is against the law.
